SUPER-FAST, RELIABLE INTERNET

Our offices have super-fast hard-wired (Ethernet) internet connections, as well as access to Wi-Fi. We even have server storage available in our dedicated server room at an additional cost.

CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOM TIME

Our conference, meeting and function rooms are available to be booked by the hour or day, monthly credits are available with all of our monthly bookings and can be used for reserving conference rooms. Reservations can be made online or through reception.

KITCHEN FACILITIES/ROOF TOP TERRACE

We have full kitchen facilities with commercial size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and filtered hot and cold water. If you are looking for somewhere to sit and eat your lunch there is no better place than our roof top terrace, if the weather isn’t favourable you are welcome to sit at our large dining table that looks out over the terrace, a great way to take a break from you work and refresh before getting on with the rest of your day.

FURNITURE

Desks, chairs, couches, bean bags and white boards are all provided within our co-working office. We also provide lockable filing desk cabinets with our dedicated desks and private offices.

Bike racks and showers

We have fantastic end of trip facilities. For those wanting to do there bit for traffic congestion, the environment and their health we have bike storage and showers available, why not get your exercise and save the planet at the same time?

ONSITE CAFÉ

Zesto Café is conveniently located on the ground floor for when you need a caffeine fix and for all your catering needs. It’s also a great place to hang out with your new co-workers on Friday after work.

HOT DESK

Hot desking is the use of desk space not allocated to an individual person. Hot desks can be rented for the day, week, month or on a casual basis. It means you don’t have a set place every day, you don’t even have to sit at a desk all day, you can use couches, beanbags or table and chairs, if you prefer.

DEDICATED DESK

An assigned desk in our open plan office where you can get set up and settled in for one month or many. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight. You will be provided with a key card for 24/7 access and 5 credits for reserving meeting rooms.

PRIVATE OFFICE

A fully enclosed, private, lockable office space for you and your team. Your company can add on more offices or desks as you grow. You will be provided with a key card for 24/7 access and a minimum of 12 credits, depending on your office size for reserving meeting rooms.

Officenexus staff are generally onsite between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. For all our fulltime members our offices are accessible by key card 24/7.

Hot Desk bookings are completely flexible, begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly. Private Office and Dedicated Desk bookings begin on the 1st of the month. Our one calendar month move out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

Yes. There are 2 multi story secure car parks and 2 open air car parks available within a short stroll of the office. We also have ample 2-hour street parking available on Parry Street, ideal for visitor parking or if you will not be in the office the whole day. We are also happy to rent out our onsite private secure parking bays within our building for $440 per month.

We are conveniently located within Transperth’s free transit zone between McIver and Claisebrook train stations with both being an approximate 500m walk. We are also a short stroll from the cat bus stop to conveniently take you into the city within minutes.

We are happy to provide a phone to your desk or your office with your own phone number for an additional $60 per month per line. Private phone and answering services are also available at $100 per month per line.

Yes, we have 2 spacious private telephone booths at either end of our office where you can go and sit and take that important call without interruption.

Mail and package service is included with our private offices and is available as an add on service to Hot Desk as a virtual office and to Dedicated Desks at a cost of $75 per month.

We have 5 fantastic meeting/conference rooms each with their own individual décor that accommodate teams of 2 through to 14.

Our standard booking times for casual hot desk members and conference rooms are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For bookings outside of these times please give us a call on (08) 9325 9503 or email us at admin@officenexus.com.au.

Once your reservation is received you will receive an email confirmation and be asked to register your guests. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular conference room, including yourself.

All reservations can be made either through our website or through reception You will need to select the desired date, time and length of the reservation.

All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served policy, we recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability. All online bookings need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

At officenexus we are very proud of the facilities we have available but the shining jewel in our crown would have to be our roof top terrace, we can accommodate functions of up to 200 people. We also have two indoor event spaces for functions or larger meetings or seminars for when the outdoors is not a suitable option. All our monthly bookings include a monthly credit allocation that can be used to reserve conference rooms. After you have used your monthly conference room credits, you are free to make additional reservations. Each credit is to the value of $30 towards the cost of conference/meeting room hire. Please see our price list for meeting room costings as they vary based on the room size, facilities and time needed.

  • Keycard Replacement Fee: $30.00

* Extra Member Fee: Your office space has a limited capacity. If the number of members or other individuals regularly using your office space exceeds the number allocated by officenexus, you will be required to pay the additional fee listed above. For safety reasons, the number of workers in your office space can never exceed 1.5x the number of desks, regardless of additional fees paid. We reserve the right to further limit the number of workers allowed at any point.

At this time, we do not offer the option for Dedicated Desks or Hot Desk members to have guests in our common area workspaces, for brief appointments you are welcome to use our casual work areas however if you would like to have a guest work with you for the day, we recommend you reserve a hot desk for them to work from or a conference room.

Yes. Just make sure you register them with Officenexus.

Private Offices and Dedicated Desks may be paid for via direct debit, credit card or bank transfer. Hot Desks bookings must be paid by credit card.

Yes. Officenexus requires a Retainer equal to two months of your monthly fee.  For private offices there is a $100 setup fee per desk to secure an office for your team.

*Note: Officenexus may require an additional retainer for any custom work or special arrangements for Private Offices

All bookings on a monthly term are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to Officenexus by July 31st. Please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations.

Yes! Officenexus offers spaces for teams of 12 or more. If you need more space just let us know and we will find the perfect space for you.

Yes! Our referral program rewards Officenexus members with 10% of the monthly Fee of the Member who signs up for up to one year. There are no limits to the number of referral rewards a member may earn. Rewards will be paid in the form or credits.

Officenexus charges a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice, excluding Service Retainers, for payments we haven’t received by the 10th day of the month.
